This page explains the practical rules that apply when you shop with us.

Shipping area and cost

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Eligible orders receive free standard shipping; no standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days after the carrier accepts the parcel. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, and an incomplete or incorrect address can affect timing. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent to the email address supplied at checkout after the shipment is created. It may take time for the carrier's first scan to appear. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us promptly if tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, or the delivered package is damaged; we will review the carrier record and available resolution.

Changes before shipment

Ask for an address correction or cancellation as soon as possible. We can make a change only before fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped, carrier and return procedures apply.
